Two player-designed masks will be added to Nakak's shop in a future update: Norg Head and Lotus Wisp, designed by Roimonstre and HUMERONYMUS respectively.

I'm still mad at DE for not making The Wolf a Grineer prototype Warframe and wasting an amazing possible Warframe design. I mean why are Grineer digging up the Orokin artifacts for if they aren't going to do anything with them?

Nightwave sculpture challenge should be 1 instead of 5 IMO.

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 01:23 PM PST

Due to how much I've played WF, I was in the fortunate situation to have many empty sculptures, and many stars.

However, even as a long standing player, I can only guarantee myself one sculpture a week from Maroo, the odds of you getting one randomly are too low, and you'd have to get 4 sculptures out of 7 from sorties. This leaves only arbitrations, but then you have to get the amber stars which are rare or expensive.

On top of all that, imagine the new player experience. They can get the Maroo sculpture (probably), but there's no guarantee they have sorties and they definitely won't have arbitrations so they're quite frankly buggered.

TL;DR Even as a vet, getting 5 sculptures and the relevant stars isn't easy, let alone for beginners. Reduce to 1.

Update on the Wolf's spawn rate, Steve pretty well confirms the rate will increase.

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 03:35 PM PST

    "It will"

So for those of us who have yet to see him once, his frequency of visits will increase. Looking forward to that.

Edit: Confirmed on Prime Time as the story progresses, he'll spawn more frequently.

Something I have to say to those complaining about how much work Wolf of Saturn Six requires.

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 11:58 AM PST

That's how video games work, people who play more and try harder will get more things than those who don't. This equality bullshit is starting to get really out of hand.

"But I want to complete all the content with minimal time and effort investment!"

Guess the fuck what? You can't. Welcome to Warframe, a game about grinding and putting in time and effort to achieve goals.

I played for a total of 2-3 hours since WoSS came out and I have all of them done except 3, and I have 3 days left to finish those up before the next set of challenges drop. That's it. 2-3 hours. Furthermore I can finish the last few in maybe another 2-3 hours. That's 4-6 hours a week to stay up on content, if that's too much time for you to invest, then you simply aren't going to finish and get everything, that's just how it is.

This sense of entitlement that's been going around lately is driving me absolutely nuts.

"Waaahhh I want new stuff to do!"

    DE: gives WoSS

"What?! I have to play this game a lot to get all the content? But I want it all right now, with little to no time and effort on my part. DE fix pls."

Either play the game, grind the content, or go somewhere else. Warframe is and always has been a game about grinding, and this new wave of players who come from games that hold your hand and give you everything you could ever want with hardly any work done by the player is really bringing forth such arbitrary complaints.

Can you imagine these players in a game like WoW where certain top level gear has less than a 1% chance of dropping from raids that can only be done once a day, and you think WF is too grindy?

Sorry for the rant, just had to get this off my chest.

Edit: I got about as much reactions as I was expecting to this post. I've enjoyed butting heads with those who oppose my line of thinking, I've enjoyed clasping hands with those who have agreed with me, and I've even had a fun conversation about Nova and builds, but from here on out I won't reply to anyone else. Feel free to continue discussing amongst yourselves if you wish. :)

Suggestion - to make Wolf's spawning less... Completely RNG-dependent, make him spawn after capturing a set amount of Saturn Six fugitives.

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 11:30 AM PST

Right now, Wolf of Saturn Six spawns completely randomly, which makes farming for Wolf Sledge... Basically impossible.

And well, considering Saturn Six fugitives are the very people he helped escape from Saturn Six, it would only make sense that constantly sending them back to it will piss him off and make him want to get rid of whoever is capturing the members of his pack.

I'd say, with the current spawnrates for Saturn Six fugitives, capturing 9-12 could potentially be enough to make him spawn rather consistently, while not making him an occurence in every single mission.

PS: booff fucgitiff standing reeeeeee, 150 standing for 3 fugitives is barely anything.

Rework the Acolytes as a Nightwave

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 03:00 AM PST

The Acolytes are currently one of the biggest recurrent events that Warframe has, and they're a source for some of the best lategame mods available, but it's also an insanely shitty grind over a really short period of time. This results in burnout from people farming maiming strike or other mods, and it also leads to price gouging on those mods later because players who aren't able to log on for one week or so have to pay 400 or more plat for them.

I'd suggest reworking the Acolytes event as a recurrent Nightwave that takes place once a year. This has several advantages I can think of:

    - Making the acolyte mods rankup rewards would keep it grindy like DE likes, but would make it a gentler and slower grind.

    - Extending the event over a longer period of time would make the mods accessible to more players.

    - The Nightwave structure is a great chance to expand on the lore of the Acolytes and their relationship to the Stalker. He's basically been ignored storywise since The Second Dream despite still being a mysterious character with a lot of potential lore implications.

    - You could add the Acolyte/Stalker helmet as a rank 30 cosmetic for Excalibur, which I know people have wanted for a while.

    The Wolf's Helmet

    Posted: 28 Feb 2019 06:53 PM PST

    The Wolf's Helmet

So, ingame, the Wolf of Saturn Six has this helmet:

    https://i.redd.it/9iz0itxl9fj21.png

It looks like a pretty standard Grineer design, albeit one that's unique to his model. However, on the wiki, his profile image has this design instead:

    https://i.redd.it/o67ffw21afj21.png

That looks a lot like a Warframe helmet! I thought it might be a placeholder, but why would DE make an entirely new helmet design as a placeholder?

What do you guys think is going on? I tweeted Rebecca and Steve about this, but have yet to get a response.
