    When DE releases new enemies

    Posted: 23 May 2019 09:46 AM PDT

DE, just disable the Pilfering effects on the Silver Grove Specters, don't nerf the entire rest of the game

    Posted: 23 May 2019 02:58 PM PDT

I can understand if you want to prevent people from getting 32 mods from a single Silver Grove run, that's not an issue to me or I assume most people.

The problem with this nerf being blanketed is that you just took the absolute worst farm in the game and turned it soul destroying. Farming the Hema is now an absolute nightmare since instead of getting 100 Samples per person per run, we're only going to get 30 or so. That's flat out unacceptable levels of farm.

You specifically promised to keep the farm the way it was because you didn't want to disrespect the people who actually went through with it. Now you've made it ten times worse. Good job, I'm glad this is "fixed".

And that's not even going into the fact that it's now more of a pain to get friends into the game, since before you could play Nekros and Hydroid while helping friends through the Star Chart and getting them more resources to build things. Or just farming in general; why would I want a full group to farm now if two people get enough spawns and there's no point in having more than that?

This was a bad change, and it needs to be fixed. Fixed, as in put back to where it was and where it should be. You nerfed my boy Atlas because Ore Gaze was "too easy to get more loot with" and now you've gone and thrown Hydroid in a corner.

I feel like the UI update has vastly made quick information unavailable to us

    Posted: 23 May 2019 02:00 PM PDT

First lets look at some benefits.

The relic system seems cleaner and you can check how many of each part you own from that screen.

In market, the Blueprint, Buy and Gift buttons are much more visible now than they used to be, and are no longer just icons so newbies will easily understand their functions.

On the other hand, i'd say the negatives are much harder hitting.

The relic refinement used to have text for each refinement level, but you can get used to the new system.

The item stats in market are hidden behind hovering over the Buy button. I don't understand how this comes handy in any way, when there is plenty of screen space to have it available instantly.

The worst thing imo is probably how clicking on linked-in-chat items works for mods and resources. It used to be a simple and small pop-up window with a brief description. Now it covers your whole screen for no reason, so you have a single non-animated item sitting there with huge ass buy button on the top left. Why couldn't that have stayed the same.

Also with this post i'd like to adress that the Orokin UI theme has awful contrast. The fact that it turns your screen so damn bright, when you open for ex. inventory or go to select a Warframe loadout, is a pushaway for me. Also the bright-gold text colors dont fit the pure white background.

Edit: I'd also like to point out towards the syndicate screen thanks to u/NotScrollsApparently The whole thing is such a clusterfrick that you dont even have to explain why the old one was better than this. Too much space getting wasted on animations/artwork instead of focusing on information.

Pilfering Swarm was released on March 11th, 2015

    Posted: 23 May 2019 07:23 AM PDT

And DE has the audacity to refer to it interacting with Desecrate as a bug. Am I really supposed to believe they have willingly and idly sat by for four years on such a major exploit? There was no indication from the developers in all this time of playing that this interaction was a bug that should be fixed.

Don't lie to your playerbase, DE.

Why does Natah need to take up half the screen during the Ropalolyst fight?

    Posted: 23 May 2019 12:05 PM PDT

Natah talking the majority of the way to the Ropalolyst fight is really, really annoying when she takes up nearly half the screen. It's really counter intuitive to Jupiter's new movement based tileset when you can hardly see the pits you need to jump over.

I Never Thought I Would Be Blown Away At Seeing An Enemy SITTING In Warframe

    Posted: 23 May 2019 12:39 AM PDT

So apparently acceptable farming was a bug.

    Posted: 23 May 2019 10:59 AM PDT

Someone on the forums pointed out the following patch notes:

Fixed Chesa Retrieve double dipping with Nekros' Desecrate. Fixed Chesa/Desecrate double dipping with Hydroid/Khora.

These basically mean that the whole nekros, pilfroid, pilfering khora type of farming is now unusable because these effects now cancel each other out instead of stacking.

This will drastically slow down farming methods and makes the well known survival setups also unusable because air support is too treated as a drop.

Im not sure about it exactly but this sounds like a huge, unwarranted nerf to something what was well and fine for years.
