    Spin to win appeals to people because of it's superb mobility, not it's dps

    I've tested a lot of top builds and while spin to win and for example Broken Bull combo (E E pause E E E) perform relatively identical against groups of level 165 Corrupted Heavy Gunners in the Simulacrum when taken out for a spin (pun intedned) even Broken Bull feels too slow. While it does relatively the same damage every non slide attack falls behind in map clear speeds.

    Tested both weapons with God rivens and without. Results were relatively the same although generally in favor of spin to win in Simulacrum, in Extermination missions it was a landslide for spin to win.

    The problem is the huge difference in mobility that spin to win has compared to normal melee combos. The pause or shift combos feel clunky (yes, it takes practice that I might not have much of) and a mislick can lock you in a long and annoying animation. Also increased attack speed (Volt or Wisp buffs for example) makes some pause combos even harder to pull off.

    In my oppinion it's not spin to win that's the problem but all other melee combos that lack mobility and have too many animation locks. I do hope melee 3.0 works on that since I'd love to see some more smooth melee dances of death.
