    With three down and one to go,

    Now that we have been given Railjack, the kuva lich system, and squad link, with only the new war still to come, which was given a 2019 Christmas release date,

    We now can honestly ask ourselves. Can we trust anything shown off at Tennocon anymore?

    With everything they have shown off and told us was coming, even going as far to ask the community team to the stage to "play" a "live demo" , somehow not represent a finished product, how are DE going to get people hyped for things to come in the future. If everything is either late, missing things that were promised or completely different?

    Even the New war has gone from being promoted as the next story cinematic quest, to apparently starting when Railjack was released. And being drip feed to us over the year…

    So how do you feel about Tennocon Hype, from what was shown to what we got. ?

    Titania's Tribute is completely broken - reported on DE forum, hope they fix it. Here's the data.

    Thorns Test:

    Thorns should reduce incoming damage by 50% and reflect 50% of the damage taken back to the attacker. Instead it had no effect on either of these things.

    Created a level 20 Prod Crewman.

    • Let him attack me three times without Thorns, all damage received was shield damage: all three times I took 37 damage to shields, 0 damage to enemy
    • Let him attack me three times with Thorns, all damage received was shield damage: all three times I took 37 damage to shield, 0 damage to enemy
    • Then I created a level 30 Leaper, an infested enemy with no shields, let it hit my shields and my health bar with Thorns up. At no point did it take any reflected damage.

    Dust Test:

    Dust should halve enemy accuracy and make the enemy glow. There's no good way for me to test this as it would require me to have a static distance between myself an the enemy, which is hard to do. But Dust does not make the enemy glow and that's a sign that Dust is not affecting the enemy.

    Full Moon Test:

    Full Moon, among other things, should increase the damage of Razorflies by 75%. Instead it had no effect on Razorfly damage.

    Created a level 100 Prod Crewman.

    • Kill time for six Razorflies without Full Moon: 24 seconds, 25 seconds, 23 seconds
    • Kill time for seven Razorflies with Full Moon (pre-buffed): 25 seconds, 25 seconds, 26 seconds

    Entangle Test:

    As with dust, it's hard for me to test this. However, there is no visual indicator that enemies are affected by any aura.

    Does DE have any employed players who "grind"?

    I know that at least some DE employees play their game, but do any of them play without large plat accounts or "god mode" active? Have they ever truly grinded to receive desirable in game rewards?

    It might be beneficial if DE had a few players on hand that are completely free-to-play or get an allowance of only a few hundred plat per month. These players would earnestly try to complete new events, grind for gear, forma weapons, farm kuva, sell items for plat, etc. It would be helpful to have the perspective of an average player in house.

    I can't imagine it would cost that much to hire like 5 part-time play testers if the devs are too busy.

    I'm not convinced that DE players are as invested in their accounts as an average player would be. It isn't about DE players participating in the grind, but rather DE players grinding because they actually want to progress in the game.

    On a personal note, I think it would be cathartic to watch a DE player grind 100,000 kuva, roll it all away, and end up with a mediocre riven at the end. I wonder how many hours of kuva survival they can tolerate. Or perhaps watch them sit in their dojo trying to sell prime junk for plat on trade chat.

    It's also more than just the grind. It would affect things like having your favorite weapon broken because of a rough and hasty aoe or gas change. If a DE employee had poured hours into getting plat/forma/riven for this weapon, perhaps DE would better feel the impact of their changes. Or perhaps we'd already have a simulacrum shorcut and pets 2.0. The easily fixable shortcomings of Warframe would be fixed if DE had employees who want to play the game to its fullest.

    I want to emphasize that I'm not saying that Megan, Rebecca, etc. need to play more. I think they do a fine job in their roles as community managers. However, a dedicated (near) FTP player of Warframe who has no other role besides play and provide feedback would help DE better understand their own game.

    Hear me out.

    This game had SO many different resources and i think this would be a nice way of tying it all together. God knows this game needs more things to be tied together, lord help me.

    How about a RJ gamemode were you can pirate yourself onto some sort of grineer or corupus resource freighter. The catch is these are from specific planets and yeild resourses from said planet. Maybe we could infiltrate or rambo our way into the cargo hold and swag the loot. Would be cool to use our cargo hold under engineering.

    Title. I had to wait 40 min for a match... In the middle of covid-19 pandemic. Yea this game mode is dead but few rewards are nice. Please DE add those bots when there are no players to play with.

    edit. If server fills bots would be replaced by players naturally.
