The Worst Thing That Could've Happened To Me in Warframe Did Posted: 09 Jun 2021 01:48 AM PDT So, as you all well know, Loki Prime systems are probably the most valuable prime part in the entire game. It's also the last piece to Loki Prime I need, I'm hoping to sell him while he's at his most expensive before his inevitable unvaulting, which I bet will be fairly soon. Anyways, a friend and I have spent the last few days hunting down Axi L1 and L4 relics in the hope of obtaining the fabled piece, and today we were able to buy 7 relics between the two of us. So we make them radiant, and go through the process of opening them up. Everytime, we get the Latron Prime blueprint bronze drop, and our excitement gets ever lower. Finally, on what I thought was our fifth relic opening, our luck changes. We reach the end of the mission, and I look at my relic. Latron Prime BP again. I'm disappointed, until I look at the other parts and see it. At last, the Loki Prime systems! Due to a miscommunication, my friend used his Loki systems relic at the same time as mine. But that was ok, we finally got the drop! After lots of fruitless relic openings, our luck had turned! Or so I thought. After I selected the systems, a message popped up. I'm too tired to recall the wording, but it said that I was having connection problems or something. And my heart dropped. Not now of all times. And sure enough, I got back to my ship, checked my inventory, and there were no Loki Prime systems. I didn't get any of the rewards. I restarted the game, and to my joy, there was a message in my inbox!! I eagerly opened it, expecting the Loki Prime systems that I had selected to be there. Instead, I was met with my least favorite text: Latron Prime Blueprint. Instead of being what I had selected, the game had saved and given me my own drop instead. All that plat used buying the relics: wasted. The Loki Prime Systems Drop: wasted. My will to play Warframe: practically nonexistent. Never had this happen to me before, so it's actually quite funny, and par for the course in this life, that it happened with the most valuable and rare prime piece. I tried using the xbox clip feature to clip the last five minutes of game time, hoping I could provide DE with some proof that I got bad luck booted out of a Loki Prime Systems in the hopes of them MAYBE providing me with a replacement. But since I DC'ed, the only part of the five minute clip that saved was after I booted Warframe back up after the disaster mission. So I have a sad 2 minute clip of myself opening the postmaster mail and getting a Latron Prime Blueprint. Anways, I thought that was a funny story to share despite my enormous disappointment. I guess I'll get back on the Axi L1 and L4 buying grind with the plat I have left, and hopefully if I ever see another Loki Prime Systems, it won't be heart-breakingly ripped from my grasp. submitted by /u/ContentNeptune3 [link] [comments]
