Lackluster stats aside, Ghoulsaw needs 'hold E' functionality

I realize that such a request breaks the mold of the normal melee system, but the ghoul saw feels so lackluster and lazy without any hold functionality. Examples of where this can be used:

Hold 'E' while moving forward will constantly keep the chainsaw going, and the chainsaw should keep going even when you stop as long as you are still holding 'E'

Hold 'E' while moving with RMB to ride the chainsaw indefinitely. When 'E' is let go, do the normal slam attack at the end.

Hold 'E' while holding RMB to constantly spin in a circle with the chainsaw while limiting move speed severely.
