is it just me or is the design of Moas kinda perfect? Posted: 05 Feb 2022 10:46 PM PST I'm not so much referring to the companion ones as much as the Corpus ones, but to me the design is pretty much exactly what I think a super disposable mass produced infantry combat robot should be,extremely utilitarian, small frame with pretty much the essentials and that's about it so that already both saves on resources to make more and aids it in being a smaller harder to hit target, with its relatively simple but powerful legs make up the bulk of its mass making it extremely mobile and agile for its size with also providing it with a potent melee tool, let's be honest a kick from one of these things would kill most people, then all of the really important stuff is in the box on the back so if it gets hit it's not necessarily out yet and could potentially keep fighting, and the guns are kept fairly small and interchangeable for greater customization and it positioned on a swivel so behind it isn't even safe, oh and the shields certainly don't hurt either, all that said I really think the design of the Moa really is perfect for an expendable front line infantry robot, but what does anyone else think? submitted by /u/JAOC_7 [link] [comments]
