I wanted to talk to Little Duck to get started on advanced amp parts. But she wouldn't talk to me. But she was kinda vague about why she doesn't wanna talk with me.

I assumed I wasn't respected enough among the Fortuna people, so I grinded Fortuna standing. Eventually after many tears and sweat, I maxed Fortuna.

Alas, she still doesn't wanna talk to me. Turns out, you just have to go to operator mode to talk with her.

MR16 and 1000 hours into the game btw.

At least I don't have to worry about grinding Fortuna ever again.

On the Mandachord we absolutely nuke the waves, kudos. Just kudos to you dude, in my 54 days of playing that was, without a doubt, the most hilarious 15 waves of Defense I've had. Fantastic.

Excal/Nyx, Hydroid/Yareli, Oberon/Titania, Vauban/Protea, what other frames would you want to see a stylistic counterpart for?

Personally, I'd love there to be a female speedster that could keep up with Gauss, or potentially a music themed one, like Octavia

Why do we kill Corpus Crewmen all the time, like it's no big deal?

    Posted: 02 Mar 2022 04:50 AM PST

The Grineer that we fight in game are soldiers, programmed to obey orders from the Queens on a genetic level, and even if we wanted to spare them, most of them would rather die than flee or surrender.

The Infested are, well... Infested. They have no individual minds of their own.

And then there are Corpus Crewmen, who are just engineers/technicians doing their jobs maintaining the stations. They aren't part of the Corpus 1% that are responsible for all the suffering and environmental damage we see, they just go to work to provide for their families. It's not like they can just stop working for the Corpus, they still have to earn money to not starve. I feel really bad for killing them.

What's your opinion on this? Did DE ever explain why they made human enemies so abundant among the Corpus and why did they deliberately design them to be workers, rather than soldiers/mercenaries?
