Posted: 22 Apr 2022 05:47 AM PDT It scares me to see how, for the first time, potentially good changes can be destroyed by players with their criticism. Many are used to afk gameplay and to the fact that enemies are targets unable to fight back. Yes, the changes to the Excimuses have disadvantages, but let's wait for the update. There has always been a problem of poor game balance in Warframe. We have the ability to carry five types of weapons with us (six, if you take into account the operator), but most missions can be completed without using weapons at all. We have four warframe abilities, but often one or two are enough for us. We have a lot of mods, but we can often make a universal build and forget about mods altogether. We have an incalculable number of enemies, but most of them are meat for beating. We have many "different missions" that actually repeat each other. We have a cool parkour, but many locations can be passed without using it at all. We have Bosses that pass faster than the Capture mission. And add to this a lot of forgotten game mechanics, such as parrying. The funny thing is that Metal Gear Rising: Revenge, which was released at the same time as the Warframe, is a more complete and high-quality game even than the warframe in today's state. And I am very glad that the developers have started to correct the oldest errors of the game balance. [link] [comments]

It's almost comedic how little the Narmer show up in-game after New War Posted: 21 Apr 2022 08:15 PM PDT A faction so powerful they dismantled the two biggest military forces in the Sol system, kicked the shit out of the Tenno faction, and was able to jumpstart centuries-old Orokin tech, yet somehow they disappear in a matter of hours with little to no remaining presence anywhere in the world. Not even some small wayward patrols in the big free-roam zones. Sure, we get 4 bounties, but is that really it? This seems like the biggest and most immediate issue to address after having our solar system invaded and occupied by an overwhelming force, but for some reason we're just not gonna act like they don't exist? It would've been nice if they could keep like a small camp on Orb Vallis or the Plains, maybe a couple small patrols that could get into skirmishes with the occupying grineer/corpus. You know, to show that they're still around and need to be dealt with. But I guess sweeping these lads under the rug to focus on the poorly explained plot mcguffin is way more interesting than addressing the fall of a major faction, yeah? [link] [comments]

Nidus is very fun to play! My new main i think! Posted: 22 Apr 2022 05:33 AM PDT I was just farming random relics to get void traces and stuff to sell for ducats and I farmed Nidus prime by accident. Instead of selling it (he's quite cheap atm) i decided to build him and try it out. Now i think this might be my new main. The way his abilities work feels like nothing i've played in this game yet. Feel free to leave suggestions, gameplay tips and builds for this monster of a frame. [link] [comments] |
