EDIT: Bought it! For some people who need an idea of the prices they could ask for their item: I've bought the ephemera + a 25% Kuva Bramma for 160pl after negociations. I'd say a lich with a mildly correct weapon roll + an ephemera could be worth 200pl, depending on what element we're talking about, and if the weapon is meta or not. The weapon doesn't matter much as it's now easy to pick your dope. Obviously the Shockwave will be the cheapest as Impact is pretty bad overall, and the weapon you'll get for it could only be used to fuse it with another Kuva weapon that has a better element. Note that at first, the ephemera liches were mostly sold for 300pl (no matter the weapon) before DE doubled the spawn rate. So it'll only go down from now.

So the things to consider are the weapon itself, the % roll, the element, and the ephemera. I'd see a good weapon, a +50-60% roll, with a usable element and an ephemera being sold for more than 500pl easily. Once again it's both based on subjectivity and what I saw in the trade chat, which is indeed often overpriced. But as long as you're patient, you'll probably find a buyer anyways, just stay reasonable! :)
