    PSA: Account Correction for players unable to purchase Umbra Forma Blueprint from Teshin

    Today we will be starting a server script to fix player accounts that had a very specific pattern of purchases from Teshin's Steel Path Honors shop.

    In November of 2020 we introduced weekly items, that could be purchased once a week and would rotate over time. Players who purchased two different items right at the start of this new offering could potentially end up with a broken account state where the purchase history was not properly unset, and the game would never allow you to purchase the item again. This has just come to light now because the special stock has gone through one complete rotation, and those players whose accounts were affected are unable to buy the item (an Umbra Forma Blueprint) that they should be able to.

    The fix is a script that we will run on all player accounts which will allow the bad data to be properly removed on the next login. Your previous purchases will not be changed, no items or currencies will be modified. After your account is repaired you will be able to visit Teshin's shop on the relay and purchase your Umbra Forma Blueprint from the special time limited stock as intended.

    Edit: Update, the script has finished! All previously affected accounts should be now able to purchase Umbra Forma from Teshin. Cheers!

    So I was doing my thing you know, grinding those Requiem Murmurs. I was on a Jupiter mission, and the corpus tileset is pretty open and has a lot of verticality. Particularly there is one part of the map with a large tower in the middle and some moving boxes surrounding it with enable/disable bridges.

    I was running along the second platform of the tower when I witnessed it. A barrel HOPPED - I kid you not HOPPED - off the platform into the abyss below. I must sound like a crazy man right now. In the heat of the whole thing I had no way to know what might happen and no way to film it.

    I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar thing happen and has gotten it on video or something because I think either I'm going insane, or that I just watched a barrel jump to it's doom. The whole time after I felt massive guilt. Could I have done something? If I had gotten there a moment earlier, I could have stopped it...

    But seriously if anyone can show me a video of this and tell me I'm not insane that would be great.

    We've got a shotgun with a grenade launcher, with the Corinth. We've got a grenade launcher with a shotgun, with the Zarr. A burst rifle with a harpoon, with the Harpak. What else can we come up with?

    Automatic rifle with a shotgun? Automatic rifle with a grenade launcher? Semiautomatic rifle or shotgun with a bayonet? A flamethrower with a shotgun (if you know what game that's referencing, that's dope lol)? What about a handgun that has automatic single shot AND semiautomatic shotgun modes?

    What else can you think of?

    Velocipod skin causes some K-Drive mods not to work.

    I didn't test all of the available mods yet, simply because I don't have the standing to grab every single one of them but...

    I am 100% positive that Bomb The Landin' mod does nothing when the velocipod skin is applied.

    Mad Stack feels like it's broken as well.

    There are also some issues with the speed. K-Drive without the skin seems to be faster but I am not sure which mod is being ignored. I can't be bothered to do extended testing because I don't have the time for that.

    Dear DE, please look into it.
