The most "Rules of War" breaking Loadout

    Posted: 22 Oct 2021 08:04 AM PDT

Yesterday u/Areallystrongvillian made a post about Warframe and War crimes and that got me thinking: What would be THE Loadout that breaks the most rules when it comes to war.

I did some research into the topic and the most rules when it comes to war are for the non-participants and how they should be treated, but I also found some older rules how people should act during war. Most of the time actual rules for war are based on normal human decency.

Through my (basic) research I came up with this Loadout. Keep in mind, I want to try and break the MOST rules, so I will try and avoid breaking the same rule multiple times.

Nekros: I guess many would have guessed that the warframe of choice would be Saryn, but Nekros breaks more specific rules, because with mods you could turn any weapon into a chemical or biological weapon, so Saryn really brings nothing new rule-wise to the table.

    1. What makes Nekros my choice is his while deal with not respecting dead bodies. A big part of the rules of war is that you should respect dead bodies and in general you should record who died and where and not desecrate the dead bodies, so the families of the fallen can bury them etc. Nekros just straight up ignores this part. One of his abilities is literally based on desecrating the dead bodies of enemies to get more loot from them.

    2. Another rule is that you shouldn't attack your enemy with the intention to make them your slaves. Nekros definitely wants to kill his enemies to resurrect them as his ghost slaves, so another check here.

    3. You also shouldn't perform experiments on the dead bodies of your enemies, and I think necromancy kinda counts here.

    4. Also resurrecting dead bodies is kinda fucked up.

Primary: My primary of choice would be kuva Ogris.

    1. A rule is to cause as little property damage as possible, so a rocket launcher that can fire all over the place with enough multishot and heavy caliber is a solid fit

    2. Kuva Ogris can have innate radiation. Now we have a mini nuke launcher

    3. Ogris can use the mod Nightwatch napalm. Now we have a radioactive mini napalm nuke launcher

    4. Last but not least we add corrosive damage for even more property damage, death and we now also have a chemical weapon

Secondary: My choice as the secondary weapon would be Zymos.

    1. Another rule is no biological weapons. This rule is now broken

    2. This weapon is literally alive. We force a living weapon to kill other living beings. If it's sentient we wouldn't have its consent to kill other living beings.

    3. With Zymos you shoot a little parasite at your enemy that burrows into their head to then expand said head till it blows up. This definitely is inhuman and fucked up.

Melee: This choice was kinda hard, but I would say Atterax.

    1. It's like a mini mixer/saw/meat grinder that is at the end of a rope. This is definitely cruel and unusual punishment. + it causes massive bleeding

    2. If we add viral to it we would have an virus covered saw thingy that infects people

    3. We now add electricity so we not only infect people but electrocute them at the same time.

    Companion:

    Helminth charger

Its kinda hard what companion to choose since we already cover the whole parasite thing with Zymos, but I think the Helminth charger is the best choice.

    1. To create it we have to infect a Kubrow egg with a cyst. So we literally force infect an unborn Kubrow, definetly a crime against nature.

    2. The Helminth charger can spawn cysts that turn into volatile maggots that seek out enemies and explode. Definetly a new flavor of inhumane

I could go on with vehicles, but yeah this is my attempt to find the most rule breaking Loadout.

    Have a great weekend y'all!

TennoGen Round 21 - Accepted Items [CONFIRMED]

    Posted: 22 Oct 2021 07:20 AM PDT

Here is the Link to the Official Forums Post by [DE]CoreyOnline. Down below you can Read the Transcript

TennoGen will return with Round 21! Twenty-one original pieces are coming to the Origin System in the near future!

Because our teams are working diligently to complete and release The New War content update for you before the end of this year, we have made the decision to move the release of Round 21 to early 2022. In the interim, our team will be working towards transferring these items to all platforms for our console Tenno as well!

For artists, please note that this later release of Round 21 will not affect our TennoGen review cadence. We tentatively have our Round 22 deadline scheduled for early 2022, but we will post more details as we approach the end of the year!

With that all said, here's a look at what's coming in TennoGen Round 21:

    -- Warframe Skins

    -- Weapon Skins

    -- Syandanas

    -- Armor Pieces

    -- Landing Crafts

    -- Operator Accessories

    • Oculus Papillon Facial Accessory by HariPear & lukinu_u
    • Corail Diadem by HariPear & lukinu_u

If you have a favorite item that didn't make it in, don't be afraid! We'll be working with several creators throughout the end of the year to get their items across the finish line in time for the Round 22 submission deadline in 2022. Typically, technical or stylistic issues are the primary cause for an item not being included, but we do our best to help pieces with a lot of promise make it into the game.

Artists can expect the feedback mentioned above to be sent out within the next few weeks. As always, if you're an artist and you'd like some feedback on your submitted pieces, please feel free to reach out and we'll do our very best to prepare & send a quick writeup for you!
