What did you name your Helminth? Posted: 29 Oct 2021 05:21 AM PDT I just finished installing my Helminth segment and it asked me to name it. Pretty quickly I chose Audrey II based on Little Shop of Horrors "feed me Seymour". So i got curious to see who else out there named their eating machine after another hungry entity, looking at you Tenno who named their Helminth Todd Howard. [link] [comments]

Any Other Vets No Longer Really Play But Lurk the Subreddit/Occasionally Watch a Warframe YT Vid? Posted: 29 Oct 2021 06:12 AM PDT Just curious. I figured I couldn't be the only one. I'm sure the reason(s) why we are Tenno turned lurkers is as many as there are of us doing the lurking. But w/e the case was just curious how many other 'ex players' were out there but still 'here'. Hope that makes sense. [link] [comments]

The Current QTCC Devstream is Some Surreal Stuff, is Anyone watching it? Posted: 29 Oct 2021 08:07 AM PDT I wake and baked, Im drinking maté (tea basically) and got an e-mail to watch the stream I tuned in and people are putting stuff on their faces, painting all over, all kind of make up, but everything is done wrong, like a 2 years old would. Megan has a red doughnut around her mouth and L1feWater has like 2 dozen of fake eye lashes on his forehead. Is not only hilarious by itself, they are taking suggestions from chat and doing polls, they are dead serious. This is some level of professionality that I can only except from the rest of the gaming industry from now on. Thanks for the "Alice in Wonderland" moment DE. [link] [comments]
So I probably had a stupid idea for a weapon. Posted: 29 Oct 2021 02:04 AM PDT A bag of bullets … yup.. just that. How it works? the warframe put its hand inside the bad and pick some bullets and throws it at the enemy Will it kill… dunno (hopefully yes) but the idea they got hit by bullets a Warframe just threw Didn't say it was smart … maybe a it would be a secondary weapon? But it is great.. right? [link] [comments]
It's been almost 2 years since we had a double resource event Posted: 29 Oct 2021 04:17 AM PDT I don't want to knock the affinity and credit weekends at all, I'm sure plenty of people get a lot of benefit from them, but that would certainly apply to resource events as well! If they are too OP, keeping them rare is quite alright, but when years go by without one it's a little overly conservative no? [link] [comments]

A list of mission modifiers that I think would be fun (or at least interesting). Posted: 29 Oct 2021 05:06 PM PDT This isn't a "plz add this to the game DE," it's pretty much just a way for me to get these ideas down somewhere. I like how Nightmare missions, Sorties, and Arbitrations have modified elements to the mission. Low Gravity is fun, Shotgun Only adds a little bit of, "maybe this will work?" So I was thinking, what other modifiers would be an interesting twist to otherwise normal missions? This is just a big list of some I came up with. Positive Modifiers: (Insert Weapon Class) Supercharger: You can only bring that one type of gun, but it has Double Damage, Double Fire Rate, Bottomless Clip. Parkour God: You can Double Jump, Bullet Jump, Aim Glide, and Wall Latch indefinitely. I mainly see this being helpful on Jupiter, but eh. Killer Bullet Jump: Bullet Jumping into an enemy kills it instantly. An AOE explosion appears around the enemy, doing large damage. It's damage will be Blast by default, but can be altered using Mods like Fire Walker. Perfect Ability Synergy: Casting an Ability while a teammate is holding the Ability button down causes them to cast your Ability also, at no extra cost to you or them. For each member who joins in, the Ability's Strength, Duration, Range, and Efficiency increase by 100%, based off of the original player's originally modded stats. (For example, you're running a 300% Strength Rhino. You cast Iron Skin while your two other teammates hold down R1. You each just casted a 900% Iron Skin.) Combo Overdriver: Melee Combos can now go over 12x, each successful hit is worth 10 on the meter, and Combo Duration is increased by 30 seconds. Unlimited Energy: yeah. Tenno Patrol: A randomly modded and geared up Specter spawns at the beginning of the mission, somewhere. It wanders and guns down hostiles. You can tell it to Follow, Hold Position, or Patrol. Negative Modifiers: Lethal Latchers: A squad of Latchers periodically spawns in a nearby room. They will be automatically alerted, and try to latch on to you. If they detonate while attached to you, you get vaporized, completely skipping the Bleedout timer. The detonation timer is increased to 10 seconds from the point of initial contact, but the only way to remove them is to have a teammate shoot/strike them off. Solo players can just Bullet Jump into a hostile. Enemy Rockets: Every enemy projectile (even 'inferred' hitscan ones) is replaced with an Ogris rocket. Forbidden Ability: At the start of the mission, one Ability is randomly chosen as the forbidden one. You won't know which it is. If you cast said Ability, you die. Upon revival, a new one is selected. It might be the same one, who knows. Rogue Tenno: Randomly modded and geared up hostile Specters spawn at Extraction as soon as it becomes available. Extraction is now unavailable until you destroy the Specters. The number spawned is in relation to the player count, i.e. Solo player only has one Specter to worry about, a full squad is a 4v4. Super Debuffs: Debuffs now have an infinite timer. Health Orbs now remove Debuffs. The Floor Is Lava: Being on the ground for more than 5 seconds causes you to die. Lethal Pitfalls: yeah. Friendly Fire: yeah. This final group of modifiers is not necessarily good or bad, but might still effect the skill level required to finish. Weakpoints Only: Damage dealt to enemy weakpoints (heads, battery packs, etc.) is now lethal. The rest of the enemy is invulnerable. Enemies with no weakpoints take damage normally. Mother Of All Swings: Melee Range is increased by 1000%, Melee Damage is increased by 400%, Melee Speed is decreased by 70%. Energy Abundance: Energy is restored constantly at 10 per second. If your Energy reaches max, it then gets reduced to 0, you get a magnetic debuff, and your Abilities lock for ((Energy max) ÷10) seconds. Fast Strikers: Enemies are now melee only, but their movement speed and attack speed is doubled. Unified Unit: Every enemy in the mission is replaced with one specific type of enemy. It might be Rattels. It might be Scorpions. It might just be Maggots. Invasive Third Party: A random faction will start spawning during the mission. Tiny Mode: You are tiny. The enemy is tiny. The tile is still the same size. Movement speed increased slightly to compensate. Giant Enemies: Scaled up 200%, Defensive Stats increased by 100%, Movement speed decreased by 50%. DK Mode: A Goldeneye/Perfect Dark classic. Big heads, big arms. I think this is a pretty good list. I think it'd be really interesting if a couple of these were active at once. What other modifiers can you think of? [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 Oct 2021 12:36 PM PDT My first weapon and frame is Ivara prime & Rubico , it didn't end well as I struggle quite a bit. But the more time I play SP the more I know how to mods. My current loadout are Epitaph and Wisp. Well I gonna say I come a long way since the beginning of SP run. First SP loadout , 4/10 not enough mods to beat SP when I first enter but atleast I have fun. [link] [comments] |
